Consignment Sale - Volunteers

Our sale would not be possible without our loyal workers. We have
opportunities throughout the entire week of the sale for workers.
There are shifts for set-up, check-in, sale and breakdown.

Early shopping privileges are tiered according to the
number of shifts you sign up to work:

One Shift - shop Wednesday at 5:30 pm
Two Shifts - shop Wednesday at 4:30 pm
Three Shifts (one shift must be Saturday 11:45 - 4:00) - shop Wednesday at 3:30 pm.

If you have volunteered or consigned with us in the past, your information has been saved in the system.  When you click to add a volunteer shift, you will need to enter your User ID and Password.  If you cannot remember it from the past, once you click on the link, follow the link at the bottom of the screen that says "Forgot your User ID, Consignor Number, or Password?"  You will be able to retrieve your login information and then sign up for shifts.
 
Volunteer Instructions
If for any reason you will not be able to work, please cancel your shift through the system as soon as possible.  Additionally, if it is the same day as your shift, please Email Treasure Chest Volunteer or call our hotline number at 678-318-1908.  We will listen to messages frequently. Please DO NOT call the church office. They would love to be able to help, but they do not have the information regarding Treasure Chest.

If you signed up for nursery and your child will not be coming, please call the church nursery at 770-427-3835, ext. 248.

Upon arriving to volunteer:
•    Please sign in at the Worker check-in table. You will need to highlight your name and obtain a
      name tag and apron.
•    Check with the Volunteer Coordinator for your shift to find out your assignment.
•    Refreshments are available in the kitchen. Please stop by before or after your shift.
•    Please use cell phones only in emergencies.
•    Please arrive 10 minutes early for your shift so that you can get settled and take children
      to the nursery if needed.

Please note: To keep the preview sale a fair privilege that is enjoyed by our sale workers,
only one adult will be allowed into the preview sale on Wednesday night.
