Consignment Sale - Workers

We couldn't survive without our loyal workers. The sale would not happen if it were not for our workers. Why would you want to be a worker? You get to shop early, even earlier than the sellers.

We have opportunities throughout the entire week of the sale for workers. There are shifts for set-up, check-in, sale and breakdown. Please come by our registration tables to sign up for a shift or two. Workers who sign up for two or three shifts, shop earlier than everyone else!

One Shift - shop Wednesday at 6:30 pm
Two Shifts - shop Wednesday at 5:30 pm
Three Shifts (one shift must be Saturday 11:45 - 4:00) - shop Wednesday at 4:30 pm.

Starting with the Spring 2010 sale, volunteers that work 3 or more shifts (one of them must be Saturday afternoon) are guaranteed a seller number for the next sale.

Volunteer Instructions

• If for any reason you will not be able to work, please Email Treasure Chest Volunteer or call our hotline number at 678-319-1908. We will listen to messages frequently. Please DO NOT call the church office. They would love to be able to help, but they don't have the information regarding Treasure Chest. If you signed up for nursery and your child will not be coming, please call the church nursery at 770-427-3835, ext. 248.
  
• Please sign in at the Worker check-in table. You will need to highlight your name and obtain a name tag and apron.
• Check with the Volunteer Coordinator for your shift to find out your assignment.
• Refreshments are available in the kitchen. Please stop by before or after your shift.
• Please use cell phones only in emergencies.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early for your shift so that you can get settled and take children to the nursery if needed.

Please note: To keep the early sale a fair privilege that is enjoyed by our sale workers, only one adult will be allowed into the preview sale on Wednesday night.
