The Center provides counseling, assessment and mental health services and is committed to providing opportunities and resources for personal and spiritual growth for individuals, couples, families and youth.

Our Mission

The Counseling Center's mission is to provide counseling support services to the members of Due West United Methodist Church and the local community.

Call the Counseling Center to set up an appointment. Fees for services are on a sliding scale and are affordable. If you have questions about available services or want to discuss how the Counseling Center may benefit you or your family, please call Dr. Turco or Dr. Wideman. All information and discussions are confidential.

Our Staff

Timothy Turco, Ph.D. is a Georgia Licensed Psychologist and holds certification as a Christian Counselor. Specialty is couples therapy.

Jack L. Talley, Ph.D. is a Georgia Licensed Psychologist who has over 25 years experience working in schools and private practice. He is experienced in a wide variety of therapy and assessment referral problems.

Barbara Wideman, Ph.D. is a Georgia Licensed Psychologist who has many years experience working in schools and with families and couples. Specialties are individual therapy, assessment and family therapy.
